Working Principle

In-line Mixing:
Components are intimately mixed inside a forced loop, where freshly added components are dispersed into a recirculating product stream at a higher rate than the input flow.
Multi-Stage Pump & High-Shear Mixer:
These technologies ensure very efficient and constant mixing while maintaining proper homogenization.

Temperature Control:
Achieved using a dedicated heat exchanger in the mixing loop.
pH Monitoring & Correction:
In-line pH-meter ensures automatic and real-time pH adjustment to match product specifications.
Viscosity Control:
Continuous viscosity monitoring is facilitated by an in-line viscometer, connected to a dosing system for rheology-modifying agents.
