For Liquid Detergent Production

DELIP batch process

The DELIP Batch Process utilizes a stainless steel reactor with advanced features, optimized for flexibility, efficiency, hygiene and precise control in producing liquid detergents.

Designed for discontinuous operations, this system ensures effective production with a focus on customization and versatility.

Key Features of DELIP Batch Process

  • Reactor System:
Stainless steel reactor mounted on a load cell with a high-efficiency stirrer and heat exchanger for precise and rapid temperature adjustments.
  • Flexibility & Automation:
High flexibility for quick product changeover.
Field-instrumentation ensures accurate and automated production.
  • Parallel Reactors:
Multiple reactors can be installed in parallel for distinct or similar formulations.

  • Viscosity Range:
Efficiently handles fluids in a range of 100–5000 mPa·s.
  • Computerized Control:
The system automatically determines the sequence of adding components and adjusts the optimal stirring speed.
  • SKID mounted solutions:
Ideal for low capacities in the range of 1 to 2 tons/h
Easy and fast installation at site reducing cost and time to market

Process Workflow

  • Component Dosing:
Primary ingredients (e.g., anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, solvents, neutralizing agents) are dosed using weight-controlled on/off valves.
  • Mixing:
Stirring is performed without aeration to ensure optimal fluid blending.
  • Stability Adjustments:
Temperature, pH, and viscosity are monitored, and additional components are added as necessary.
  • Intermediate Storage:
The final mixture is transferred to a storage vessel equipped with an ejector and recirculation pump for further mixing.
  • Final Filtration:
The product is passed through a filter (removes particles > 50 microns) before being sent to storage tanks and filling lines.

Production Capacity

  • Reactor Size: 3–25 m³ per batch
  • Hourly Production: 1 to 7 tons/hour per production line
  • Batch Duration: 2–3 hours

Advantages of the DELIP Batch Process

  • High flexibility with frequent product changes.
  • Optimized yields with automated systems.
  • Capable of producing stable and homogenous liquid detergents efficiently.
